Stanforte Edge (Project Enable Africa) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Research Officer to join our team

Our ideal candidate will have:

Master degree in research related field. (Economics, Social sciences, Public policy
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in conducting research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting with evidence of qualitative research skills/paper/portfolio.
Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis using SPSS, R, Python.
Familiarity with statistical software, survey tools.
In-depth knowledge of various research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative.
Excellent writing and presentation skills for preparing research reports, papers, and presentations.
Proficiency in data management, including cleaning, processing, and organizing large datasets.
Ability to effectively manage research projects, including planning, budgeting, and meeting deadlines.
Experience in conducting thorough literature reviews to inform research design and methodology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
